“The maritime sector is Türkiye’s gateway to the world, with its own universal rules, formulas, principles and order. Throughout my life, I have worked to ensure that maritime plays a leading role in the national economy and that local maritime activities within cabotage are supported. As a family, we have devoted ourselves solely to the maritime sector, and we continue to do so. It is a great happiness to see our children carry on the flag we received in maritime from our late father, Hacı İsmail Kaptanoğlu.
